Monetary donations help us and our partners make a difference in hundreds of animal’s lives. Your donation provides medical services pets need!
Our Mission
Abandoned Pet Project is dedicated to providing the funding for abandoned, abused, and homeless pets so they may receive the medical care they need. We are a non-profit organization that supports a network of fosters, veterinarians, community outreach projects, and spay/neuter initiatives. Our veterinary partners work diligently to rehabilitate shelter animals and offer their communities medical assistance through low-cost vaccine clinics, microchipping, and spay & neuter assistance for area animals.
Working Together to Save Lives
Our goal is to fund medical care for animals with treatable or curable conditions who have been pulled from shelter euthanasia lists into responsible rescue partners’ programs. The medical treatments of these animals are funded by APP through generous contributions made by people from all over the world.
APP has three volunteer board members and it supports the treatment of homeless animals by four veterinarians. After the necessary treatment, the animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and are placed up for adoption.
By law, we are unable to provide any veterinary advice. If you have a medical question regarding your pet, please visit a licensed vet.
Adopt
Once our rescued animals have recovered, they become available for adoption through one of our rescue partners. All animals ready for adoption are spayed/neutered, heartworm negative, microchipped, and fully vaccinated. By Adopting, you’ve got a best friend for life.
Donate
Your tax-deductible donations are used directly by one of our partner veterinarians to treat abandoned animals in need of medical attention. A little goes a long way – donations no matter how small, help us tremendously in doing what we do best – working together to save lives.
